Scope of work — coverage

The awarded vendor shall provide [unarmed/armed] security officer coverage at [property name], located at [address], consisting of [mobile patrol / standing post / combination] services during the following hours: [days and times].

Officers shall be uniformed, clearly identifiable as private security, and equipped with [flashlight, two-way radio, phone with GPS-enabled reporting app, vehicle if applicable].

Mobile patrol coverage shall consist of a minimum of [number] documented rounds per shift, with randomized timing to avoid predictable patterns, covering [list specific areas: parking lots, common areas, perimeter, amenity spaces].

Scope of work — duties and reporting

Officer duties shall include, at minimum: perimeter and common-area checks, verification of building and gate lock status, monitoring for trespassing or loitering, vehicle and parking enforcement per property rules, and courteous enforcement of posted policies.

Vendor shall submit a written or digital incident report for any notable event within 24 hours, and a summary activity log for each shift or patrol pass.

Vendor shall maintain a documented escalation and emergency-response protocol, including immediate notification of property management for incidents involving injury, significant property damage, or law enforcement response.
