- 1.Complete and sign at onboarding, before the officer's first shift.
- 2.Log every additional item on the same sheet with its own issue date.
- 3.Record serial numbers for radios, tour devices, and body cameras.
- 4.On separation, collect and sign off item by item — especially site keys and access cards.
- 5.If a key or access card is unaccounted for, notify the client and re-key or deactivate immediately.
