Licensing and registration
- Operator license current, with renewal date calendared
- Qualified manager requirements still satisfied
- Every officer's registration verified current through official lookup
- Expiration reminders set 60 days out for every credential
- Branch or additional location requirements met
- License number shown on contracts, proposals, invoices, and advertising as required
Personnel records
- Personnel file complete for every active officer
- Training records current with signatures
- Handbook acknowledgments on file
- Equipment and key issue forms current
- Background screening documentation retained per policy
- Files stored securely with access limited to authorized staff
Field operations
- Post orders current at every site and signed by assigned officers
- DARs delivered to clients within the contracted window
- Incident reports reviewed and filed with no gaps in numbering
- Uniforms and insignia compliant and not resembling law enforcement
- Vehicle markings, lighting, and registration compliant
- Vehicle inspection logs current for every unit
- Officers carrying required identification while on duty
Insurance and business
- General liability, auto, and workers' compensation active with no lapse
- Certificates delivered to every client requiring them
- Client contracts signed, current, and matching actual coverage delivered
