Patrol Vehicle Inspection & Mileage Log

Marked patrol vehicles are your most visible asset and your biggest liability exposure. A signed pre-trip check every shift catches damage early and puts a name next to every mile driven.

Built for Mobile patrol operators running one truck or a fleet. · Updated 2026-08-01

PPO #122730

How to use it

  1. 1.Complete before the vehicle leaves the yard — not at the end of shift.
  2. 2.Walk the vehicle and note existing damage with a photo, even if it was already there.
  3. 3.Record start and end odometer every shift so fuel and mileage reconcile.
  4. 4.Any red-flag item takes the unit out of service until it is corrected and signed off.
  5. 5.File logs weekly and review for repeat faults before they become a breakdown mid-shift.
