- 3.Assign checkpoints per pass so patrol reports can be verified against the plan.
- 4.Share the completed planner with your patrol vendor and ask them to confirm they can meet it.
- 5.Review actual patrol logs against the plan monthly and adjust timing where incidents cluster.

Notes on use
Randomization matters: a patrol that arrives at the same time every night becomes predictable and loses much of its deterrent value. Ask your vendor how they randomize pass timing within your blocks.
