Officer Training Record & Renewal Log
One page per officer showing every training completed and every credential expiration coming up. This is the record a client asks for during a contract review — and the one that keeps a lapsed card from walking onto a post.
Built for PPO owners and compliance leads tracking officer training and renewals. · Updated 2026-08-01
PPO #122730How to use it
- 1.Open a record the day an officer is hired and keep it for the retention period in your policy.
- 2.Log every session: topic, date, hours, instructor, and the officer's signature.
- 3.Enter every credential expiration into a calendar with a 60-day reminder.
- 4.Pull the log before any client audit or insurance review rather than reconstructing it.
- 5.Never schedule an officer whose required credential is expired.
