What the data changed about how we post
- Unlit perimeter rows generate more reports than building entrances — lighting, not door hardware, is the cheapest fix on most Sacramento commercial lots.
- Randomized pass timing outperforms fixed hourly rounds: posts we moved to randomized schedules in 2025 saw repeat-incident rates fall inside 60 days.

Figures aggregate every GPS-scanned patrol pass and officer-filed incident report logged by Summit Force Security Group between January 1 and December 31, 2025 across contracted HOA, apartment, retail, warehouse, industrial-park and construction posts in Sacramento, Placer and Solano counties. Response time is measured dispatch-to-arrival for after-hours callouts inside the Sacramento city core. Client names, addresses and any personally identifying detail are excluded; only category-level aggregates are published. Last updated 2026-01-15.
